Interim Childrens and Youth Worker (Part Time)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Interim Children’s and Youth Worker to join our team for 2-3 days per week. This role is ideal for someone passionate about discipling children and young people and looking to contribute to a vibrant church community in Fulham.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pastoral and administrative oversight of children and young people.
Maintain a culture of discipleship and deliver engaging sessions.
Collaborate on all-age worship services and continue the midweek youth group.
Oversee a team of volunteers and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
Passion for children, youth, and families.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Pastorally sensitive and proactive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
c £30,000 (Pro Rata) 2-3 day/s per week.
6-month contract, subject to review.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

Provide administrative support.
Assist with finance-related tasks.
Help with general operational duties.
Support event planning and coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of administrative processes.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
c £25,000 (Pro Rata) 2-3 day/s per week

Facilities Assistant
Role Overview:
As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our events and ensuring our facilities are well-maintained. This role will work across our partnership with Charlotte Antonia Sulivan Charity (CAS) in two buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up for parties and events.
Manage the upkeep of our buildings during both day and evening shifts.
Move tables and chairs as needed.
Unpack deliveries to ensure timely preparations for events.
Facilities checks as directed.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move furniture.
Flexible availability for shifts.
Compensation:
Hours to be agreed upon at London Living Wage.
This is a 0 hours contract and is based on room hire demands.
